Bhargav Krishna Mandava is an aspiring software developer and technical writer with a strong proficiency in front-end development, Python, and technical documentation. Currently working as a Project Program Coordinator at Erasmus Student Network Sweden, Bhargav has been a part of two teams that managed over 150+ international exchange student experiences at BTH. He has collaborated and worked with colleagues from the main branch and sub-branches of ESN Sweden and ESN Poland and organized yearly events such as ESN Seabattles and Lapland. ESN is one of the biggest student associations in Europe, present in more than 430 Higher Education Institutions from 37 countries. ESN Sweden works for international students who spend a part or all of their university studies in another country, as well as helping homecoming exchange students to infuse an international aspect into their home university life. ESN involves around offering its services to around 180.000 international students every year. Previously, Bhargav has worked as a Treasurer and Active Duty member at Erasmus Student Network Sweden. As a Treasurer, he was responsible for handling the accounts for ESN BTH, overseeing and presenting budgets, accounts, and financial statements to the board, maintaining inflows and outflows for a total of 85000 SEK, and preparing and presenting budgets for new semesters. He also set up an appropriate business model for payments, bookkeeping, and petty cash, increasing the revenue of the board by 30% within 6 months and maintaining steady outflow without incurring losses during the pandemic. Bhargav holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. With a relevant experience of 4.95 years, he has a strong tech stack that includes Frontend, Python, Software Engineering, Research Scientist, AI, and ML.
